We want you to be satisfied with your purchase. Please read this policy carefully before buying.

Digital Software — General Policy

Because Shopify Scraper AIO is a digital software product delivered instantly upon purchase, all sales are final. By completing a purchase you acknowledge that you have read the feature descriptions and understand what is included in your chosen plan.

Eligible Refund Situations

We will consider a refund in the following circumstances:

Critical defect: If the Software has a critical defect that prevents basic functionality and we are unable to resolve it within 2 business days of your support request.

Duplicate charge: If you were charged more than once for the same subscription period due to a billing error.

Non-Eligible Situations

Refunds will not be issued for:

Change of mind after purchase, incompatibility with specific stores (Shopify store structures vary and change frequently), software incompatibility with non-Windows operating systems (Shopify Scraper AIO is a Windows-only application), subscription renewals that were not cancelled before the renewal date, or accounts terminated for violating our Terms of Service.

How to Request a Refund

Email support@shopscrapeaio.com with your license key, email address, and a description of the issue. We will respond within 2 business days.

Subscription Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellation stops future charges but does not refund the current billing period. You retain access until the end of the period you paid for.
