How do I get my license key?

Your license key is emailed immediately after payment is processed. Check your spam folder if you don't see it within a few minutes. You can also contact support if it hasn't arrived.
What is HWID binding?

Your license binds to the hardware of the first device you activate it on. This prevents key sharing. If you get a new computer or need to reinstall, you can reset your HWID from the Dashboard — each license includes a limited number of resets.
Can I run the app on multiple computers?

No — each license is for one device at a time. If you want to switch devices, use an HWID reset from your dashboard. If you need more resets than your plan allows, contact support.
What is the difference between Scraper and Scraper Pro?

Scraper includes the full Shopify scraper, monitor mode, proxy support, and Discord webhooks. Scraper Pro adds Qbert — our virtual queue monitor for tracking exit times across multiple sites simultaneously. Qbert is essential for high-demand drops.
How do I cancel my subscription?

You can cancel anytime through Stripe's customer portal or by emailing support@shopscrapeaio.com. Your access continues until the end of your current billing period.
The app says "Unable to connect to license server" — what do I do?

The app requires an internet connection to validate your license on startup. Check your connection and try again. If the issue persists, contact support — there may be a brief server outage.
Do you offer refunds?

Please review our Refund Policy for full details. Generally, refunds are considered within 48 hours of purchase if the software has a critical defect we cannot resolve.
