Please read these Terms of Service carefully before using Shopify Scraper AIO ("the Software"). By purchasing or using the Software you agree to be bound by these terms.
Upon purchase, you are granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the Software for personal, non-commercial purposes. Your license is tied to a single device via hardware ID (HWID) binding.
The Software is offered on a subscription basis — monthly, quarterly, or yearly. Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled. You may cancel at any time; access continues until the end of the current billing period. No partial refunds are issued for unused time.

Each license is bound to one device. A limited number of HWID resets are provided per license. Abuse of the reset system may result in license termination without refund.
The Software is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee uninterrupted access, compatibility with all Shopify stores, or the accuracy of scraped data. Website structures change frequently and may temporarily affect functionality.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Shopify Scraper AIO shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the Software, including but not limited to missed purchases or restocks.
We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your license at any time if you violate these terms. Termination for cause does not entitle you to a refund.
We may update these terms at any time. Continued use of the Software after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
